三餐內容
早餐:蛋餅皮裡面包豬肉片or鮪魚+起士片+生菜
無糖咖啡加牛奶or豆漿
堅果一小把
有時候會再喝約250cc的豆漿or牛奶加兩湯匙的黑芝麻
午餐:幾乎是外食,學校附近的餐點
1.自助餐
(可以換的種類滿多的
通常會拿兩三種菜:地瓜葉、高麗菜、空心菜等等
搭配主食的蛋白質如:魯雞腿一隻、魯豆腐幾塊、豬絞肉等等)
2.加熱滷味或是涼的滷味
(會拿青菜、海帶、豬耳朵、蒟蒻、豬皮等等)
plus.下午有時候會買無糖咖啡、無糖奶茶或是無糖茶來喝
晚餐:多是在家吃,媽媽準備
通常也都是幾樣主要的青菜,爸媽都吃素所以青菜量都滿大的
其他道會有蒟蒻、海帶等等
搭配上蛋白質的主食雞胸肉或豬肉片或是最近比較常是魚
日常作息時間:大學生
晚上約11:30~1點睡
早上第一堂有課會6點多起來沒課時就是8點多
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:一周會到健身房運動3~5次
1.團體課程拳擊有氧+cardio wave機器20分鐘
2.cardio wave50分鐘+腳踏車 等級8 轉速維持80~100 20分鐘
3.跑步機20~40分鐘+cardio wave 20~30分鐘
心跳率都維持在140~160之間 測量方式都是機器上可以測心跳
沒有機器時則是按脈搏15秒再乘以四
4.大概一周會有一次的肌力訓練課程
除此之外因為我不會使用健身房的重訓器材
PT課程又太貴> <
所以平常自己在家是會類似於使用置底文章中阻力訓練法
核心、背部、手腳都有做
我的問題:
兩年前申請推甄大學上了之後開始下定決心要減肥
當時的體重高達132公斤
所以一開始是找營養師來調配飲食
瘦了約25公斤後開始加入運動一開始是從瑜珈和簡單的有氧舞蹈開始
從半年多前開始加強運動強度改成上拳擊有氧
還有加上使用腳踏車、cardio wave跟跑步機的訓練
重訓我知道很重要但是因為當初一開始沒有買PT課程
所以我不會使用重訓器材也沒有朋友會的
因此都是以阻力訓練法以及肌力課程中老師教導的方式來做肌力訓練
我的問題是雖然兩年來已經瘦下了50幾公斤
但是這三四個月以來已經在這個體重停滯非常久
且這半年以來感覺也多了比較多的問題
像是掉頭髮變得很嚴重
看皮膚科只說因為長期減肥所以會這樣
月經來時的水腫誤差常常有2公斤
鞋子的size可以差到1~1.5號 lol
體重也常常是會一直上上下下的搖擺
可能水腫時多了2公斤月經後又變會來
但是就一直無法突破75公斤
體態方面我都有定期測量腰臀腿圍
這三四個月來腰圍大概有少1吋
臀圍少0.5~1吋
大腿圍比較明顯是少了2吋
小腿圍也是0.5~1寸間
從我的食譜中可以看得出我的營養師就是主要用控制澱粉糖類的方式
我曾經跟他討論過是否應該要增加澱粉量但是他依然還是要我使用這樣的方式
而我也有一直不斷嘗試要加強運動量和加長運動時間
只是一直都沒有比較顯著的進步
不知道問題到底出在哪裡所以才想來問問看
該怎麼改變現在的方式才能繼續下一個階段
