我這樣對嗎 - 減肥

我是高一女生
身高157
體重40
或許我不算胖
但我很怕胖
更當然希望能越受越好
但因為我還算青春期
減肥似乎不太好
我不知道這麼到底對不對
早上通常都吃包子或早餐店漢堡吐司+一瓶家裡訂的羊奶(羊奶脂肪似乎爆多)
但其實我很喜歡吃中式的燒餅、飯糰、煎餃,但都不太敢吃
如果吃這些我喜歡的是不是容易胖?
假日的話早上常吃牛肉湯海產粥鍋燒意麵或早午餐
但這樣似乎一大早就把熱量佔掉太多了..?
中午都吃學校營養午餐
炒青菜份量為3.4倍 主菜x1 白飯半碗(炒青菜太油,吃多熱量似乎也會太多,所以我青菜
量是不是維持正常的份量就足夠?)
晚上和家人吃外食
一碗牛肉麵or牛排or乾麵+餛飩湯or炒飯炒麵+炒一盤肉(吃飯一定會點炒青菜、滷味)
有時是一份便當喀光
但飯後都會吃1.2份水果,偶爾吃個鹹酥雞之類的
但假日三餐可能就會大魚大肉
常去吃到飽或麻辣鍋
雖然我是女生,但其實食量超大
現在都會盡量克制自己不要吃到太飽(以前餐餐都吃到快吐的狀態)
媽媽一直覺得我很瘦,成天說我剩皮包骨(她真的太誇張)
但其實我身體狀況也真的很不好
她會一直逼我吃東西(即使我飽了或不餓)
所以我們一天到晚為了吃飯吵架
我想問
我這樣的飲食是可以的嗎?
會不會太多或太少,因為我想長高卻更不想胖
但我好希望可以毫無顧忌的吃東西..
P.S因為時間的關係,幾乎沒有機會運動
