我朋友啦
身高170 體重54
目前接觸健身一年,線條都有出來可是肌肉體積很小
飲食習慣
早上起床:吃一顆蘋果+一杯無糖綠茶或黑咖啡
做其他事情消化一小時
重訓一小時
中午喝一杯乳清+香蕉+豆漿或牛奶打成奶昔
出門上班
下午四到五點吃飯,少量澱粉搭配至少100~120克肉類,與大約30克蔬果
晚上睡前徒手運動約四十分鐘
喝一杯酪蛋白乳清
我朋友這個飲食習慣已經持續半年,沒有異動
感覺體脂更低了,線條更明顯,但肌肉大小都沒有增加
應該增加哪些要素的攝取比較好?
