其實我不胖.
我只是想要讓體態變更好看.
尤其是小腹.
想當初我在國內的時候才65公斤.
去米國念個書就爆表變76公斤.
後來下決心節食.
雖然我午餐還是吃很多.
下午茶也吃.
但目前已經降到71公斤了.
所以這個方法我覺得還不錯.
對腸胃也健康.
但每次到晚上11.12點時是很煎熬的.
大家一定要撐過去.
或是趕快跑去睡^^
