我的大腿好癢啊QAQ - 健身

最近因為去打點滴時,護士小姐找我的血管找很久
就說了一句:妳很少運動齁~
瞬間有種被看光光的感覺 我老媽在旁邊瘋狂點頭笑我XD
真的覺得自己身體變好糟 為了畢製已經有大半年的時間沒去運動了
加上又變胖了所以打算從此以後盡量保持運動的習慣
因為畢製很忙的關係幾乎只剩晚上時間去夜跑
不過當我跑了1km以上後 大腿就會超癢 然後臀部 腰後肉也開始癢
超 級 不 蘇 服 der! 有過這種情形的版友應該就知道感受Q_Q
就像好幾百隻蚊子在你身上狂盯
因為真的太難受了常常只跑了三圈就放棄..
後來爬了一下文 似乎是微血管在擴張刺激到受器的關係
底下也有人推文說 幾天就習慣了
不過我跑了兩個多禮拜還是每跑必癢 超癢 非常癢!!(大哭)
這樣感覺運動量真的好少啊!
只有跑步跟爬山才會這樣 我打球跟游泳都不會耶
不知道有沒有什麼解決方法? 比較快能結束微血管習慣的階段
還是只能硬逼自己每天一直癢癢癢了呢?
