我的懶人減肥法就是在放假時,
一直窩在床上看漫畫,連澡也不洗,
一天只吃二餐,
然後,一直看漫畫跟一直看漫畫。
減重速度相當快,一天可以瘦下一公斤!!
但......
卻有強大的負作用,那就是你將會得到四肢無力的廢人病與
快速發胖病。
