我的減肥計畫 請大家給點建議 多鞭一下 囧 - 美體

BMI:30.6(過量很多= =)
基代:2000多..(感覺吃不到)
飲食部分:
早餐:
A:夾蛋吐司+玉米吐司(全麥)+豆漿
B:春捲+豆漿
午餐:
A:便當+三樣菜
B:一碗陽春麵+蛋(早餐吃B的話)
晚餐:
A:燙冬粉+一份燙青菜
B:春捲(早餐吃A的話)
每天喝水1500CC+無糖綠茶或麥茶1杯
運動部分:
早上:一週五天跑3圈+打籃球(體重太重 跑太多關節會不好)持續40分鐘
下午:一週五天至少1小時打籃球
"都有達到有氧運動的標準"
(220-年齡)*50%~70% 心跳達120下
這樣子怎麼算基代應該都不會到吧
PO上來大概又要被人罵了
可是重點是我都有吃飽
因為本來食量就沒很大
只是以前都不運動+吃油炸+愛吃肉
工作又是坐整天的 整個胖...
有什麼方式能改變飲食來達到基代嗎?
或著有更好的建議
我會虛心接受的........
請用力鞭吧!!!
