第四週了
對我來說算是收心週吧
過完年之後要回歸低油低鹽了
由於上禮拜開始處理拉傷
所以這週也比較注意運動前熱身
花了比較多時間拉筋
運動的時間也比上週多了
這週也順利降下比較多體重
來到96公斤以下
希望下週能持續囉!
