三餐內容
星期一~星期五
早餐:肉鬆蛋吐司/花生厚片/起司蛋餅(3選1)+鮮奶茶400ml or 全脂鮮奶+麥片約450Kcal
(熱量不詳,自己估約500Kcal左右)
午餐:過熱水的自助餐青菜約400g+肉類(炸過的)50g+五穀飯50g+波蜜200ml

晚餐:十穀飯70g+地瓜40g+核桃6片+芝麻粉8g+H牌優蛋1匙+H牌奶昔1匙 打成600ml代餐

(自己估約400Kcal左右)
其他:晚上10點肚子餓會吃15顆左右的小番茄
一天喝水量約1400cc(含代餐,不含飲料及水果)
週末回家除了中餐吃媽媽煮的(控制7分飽左右,自己估約900Kcal)早晚餐不變
日常作息時間:目前是全職考生
早上8點半起床
中午11:30~1:00打工時間(站立)
下午1點多吃中餐
下午5點半去運動60~75分鐘
晚上7點吃晚餐
晚上1點就寢,睡眠品質非常好!(得意 XD)
生活型態:全職考生
運動習慣:每周運動5天,六日休息
運動前20分鐘喝200cc黑咖啡,剩下200cc加水稀釋成400cc,運動20分鐘喝1/3
滑步機20~25分鐘,心跳數130~140左右

腳踏車20~25分鐘,心跳數130~140左右
收操後會做重訓:擴胸(?)8下*3組 (練上胸)
夾大腿8下*3組 (練大腿內側)
開大腿(?)8下*3組 (練大腿外側)
手肘下壓8下*3組 (練蝴蝶袖)
懸空抬腿8下*2組 (練腹部)
全部做完再拉筋3分鐘
我的問題:這套運動習慣在3個月前就實行了(那時候沒喝黑咖啡)
只是那時候好像吃太多,瘦很慢
2個月才減3kg(56.5kg),體脂率掉1%
後來遇到寒假學校健身房沒開,加上過年大吃大喝,運動量比之前少2/3
1個月復胖1.5kg(58kg)
目前已經執行以上的三餐+運動8天 (已扣除週末)
今天去保健室量體重,體重掉了1kg(57kg)
體脂率變化不明(家裡體重計壞掉,1個月沒量了)
列印出來的報告,有一項是體水分量30.2kg
看起來好像有點脫水?(57kg*0.6=34.2kg)
所以我減掉的是水分嗎?<囧>
但是我量了一下尺寸,小腿圍跟臀圍都比56.5kg時少0.5cm
所以我真是搞不懂到底有沒有減到脂肪 >"<
剛剛又去重新算了一下我的基代,居然高達2200Kcal左右
雖然已經很多文章說了,沒有吃到基代沒關係
但是我這樣真的OK嗎?(自認為一天約1500Kcal)
有沒有哪裡需要改進的?
熱量估算有沒有錯誤?
