我是前兩個禮拜才開始喝黃豆粉加鮮奶
每晚洗完澡後搭配按摩
從上禮拜開始就覺得胸部有比較渾圓了 內衣似乎也變得有點緊
不知是不是因為適逢生理週期剛過 所以比較有效果
我覺得啊 除了食補外 按摩也很重要唷
尤其我現在已經23 再四個多月就24了 動作真的要快
如果接下來的狀況ok的話 我想推薦這方法給我妹
在此跟大家分享自己的經驗 供個參考 謝謝 :)
