我這樣是真的瘦呢嗎 - 減肥

最近因為同學哥哥說我變胖我超不爽想要開始減肥
持續一個月從67.8受到64.3 約3.5公斤...
我減肥方式戒掉宵夜 不吃油炸 不喝含糖飲料
每天
早餐吃跟火腿蛋吐司+白開水
午餐很少吃要不然一碗小碗乾麵
晚餐自助餐 都是青菜非油炸類+半碗白飯
最近在考慮晚餐是否要改成小七沙拉就好呢因為自助餐有點雖然都拿菜可是還是很油...
然後我運動是每天晚上七點到九點去走操場快走約30圈 強迫自己走到會喘
(有受過傷無法跑)
然後有一個禮拜5天下午去游泳池遊蛙式至少要500公呎也是會喘就好
不知道這樣瘦下去是否正常...
還有最近這些運動漸漸可以負荷比較不會喘呢這樣是不是沒效??
還只是我體重機在耍我.....
