減肥大約三個禮拜了,本身男原身高163體重81,現在減到73.5左右,不過81減到75只花
了一個禮拜多,由於腿部肌肉有點拉傷,接著休息一個禮拜多左右沒運動,最近又開始運
動2~3天。
當初第一個禮拜的飲食是:1.早上吃麥片2.中餐自助餐(3~4菜、無油炸、一手掌糙米飯)、
3.晚餐吃一根香蕉、低卡味增湯4.其他..喝很多水或檸檬水;運動:跑步5KM,慢跑400M
快跑400M交替,跑1.6KM後休息10分鐘。
→一個多禮拜從81減到75
最近調整飲食:完全不吃米飯、有時候早上起來不餓就只吃一根香蕉跟水、中午跟第一個
禮拜一樣、晚上吃自助餐(3菜無肉)、運動改跑3KM+打籃球1HR左右
→2~3天從75減到73.5
所以我想問的是:
1.這兩時期減肥方式的減肥速度會太快到可能傷身嗎?
2.減肥不吃米飯,只吃菜、肉、水果OK嗎?
3.除以上,飲食跟運動有哪個部分應該要調整或改進的嗎?
