前天: 早 御飯糰 + 無糖綠
午 紅油炒手麵
晚 麻辣燙 ( 鴨血、臭豆腐、烏龍麵、幾片肉、高麗菜) 湯不喝
消夜 薏仁米漿(7-11)
運動量 重訓40分鐘 + 有氧35分鐘
昨天: 早+中 燒肉便當
下午茶 奶茶西谷米(微糖)
晚餐 麻油麵線+ 炸 < 甜不辣+小熱狗+豆皮>
運動量 有氧 跑5KM
今天: 早 早餐店很難吃的小Pizza + 4塊雞塊
午 白飯一碗 滷白菜+空心菜+番茄蛋
下午茶 3個車輪餅 ( 1個奶油 1個紅豆 1個起司火腿 )
晚餐 ----------------------------------
之前沒有重訓 純跑步還好
重訓後 很快就餓了
我這樣算吃太多嗎 ?
