大家好
運動最重要是持續
我以前到大學畢業是瘦子 178cm 74kg
也有運動
退伍10年了 沒運動加吃很兇 現在94kg
有感肥胖衍生許多疾病
但試過各種運動都3分鐘熱度
所以我想化繁為簡
就是我搭公車上班.下班選擇用走的方式
從公司走到家每天約可以走3公里.約半小時
google了一下大概可以減250大卡熱量
這樣的減肥法比較慢 但至少可以持續
我一個月有機會瘦2公斤嗎
