這是很新鮮很近期的一份

我對於著眼於『體脂率』很感冒。
有很多東西要採用的是絕對值而不是比率,比例。
正如體脂率低,可以是脂肪量低,也可以是肌肉量爆高。
在我的教主理論之中,我才懶得鳥你是多少巴仙,我只會還原成為絕對的數值去估計是不是合理範圍。
BMI 高不一定是胖,BMI 低於 20 大部份中都會是肌少,我管你這情況下體脂是 5% 我也直接給你蓋上營養失調 Malnutrition 的章,灌鵝都灌上最少 BMI 20.
然後,話說,台灣的減肥標準低標是 BMI 20
這篇最有趣的是
『the risk of all cause mortality was relatively flat until 21 kg of predicted fat mass and increased rapidly afterwards, with a hazard ratio of 1.22 (1.18 to 1.26) per standard deviation.z
當體脂肪存量不超過 21Kg ,死亡風險都相對平穩,一直到超出這範圍才會突然炸高。
這與之前的論文中提及,人體正常脂肪範圍在14-21公斤之間相吻合。
在沒訓練的男生,大慨要超過體脂率 23% 才可以思考是不是脂肪過多,女生是 28%到30%,但這也不是絕對值
(之後才提脂肪的儲存量的定點)
如果脂肪量沒爆高但還是『胖』或者『體脂率』高,你該做的是拼死的吃加強訓練去避免肌少,而不是還腦袋進水的拼死減重。
