我身高165,體重目前60,
以往體重都保持在53~56之間,
最近可能工作壓力大,所以一直吃,
體重2個月胖了5公斤,我一直以為我胖胸部也不會長大(經驗),可是這次爆胖就長大了,
於是,本來下肋骨突出的我,整個胃和小腹都跟著突出了,
親戚、家人、朋友、男友都以為我懷孕了,
不過我一直有吃避孕藥,月經也都有正常來,
老實說我自己看也很像懷孕幾個月那樣...orz
所以最近把久沒穿的束身小可愛翻出來穿,企圖掩飾那傲人的肥肚肚,
當然也因為壓迫,大腦就會通知我胃吃飽了,再吃會太脹,
腰圍也變成了30吋....(以往大概27~28),可能身型關係,即使50kg時,腰圍也26,
所以這次過年回家,我家所有人居然叫我要減肥!!!
我的自信心大受打擊...
連穿內搭褲或是一般的褲子都一直被說"屁股好大""肚子好大",只有家人會這樣損我...
我是全身都有胖,可能肚子大的太明顯吧...
而胖的這2個月來,我也都有跳鄭多燕,只是一週2次,因為沒時間,
所以我的體重應該要減嗎?
還是跳鄭多燕某幾片先把我傲人的肥肚肚和肥屁屁消掉再說?體重就不要管它?
雖然男友說沒胖到70kg沒關係,可是他不時會說是不是懷孕了,要不要檢查看看,
不知道他到底是什麼意思=.=+
