戒糖後體重下降 肌肉飽合度似乎也降了 - 健身

這問題有些奇妙
我本身是個瘦子 只要不練就是瘦
174 從62 -> 66 67
靠健身來讓自己看起來有點肉量
三餐都是正常吃 家裡煮的 有肉有菜
我前一陣子一天喝含糖飲料是這樣
早餐 奶茶 中餐 鮮奶茶(一分) 晚上也會一杯手搖(一分)
看起來肉量 飽和度還算不錯 自己感覺有肉有肉的
但我這一陣子(兩~三禮拜) 改喝無糖豆漿 糖全戒
我體重降兩公斤 飽合度好像有降 不知道是不是心理作用
想說如果我這種體質
是不是糖的量戒一半就好 可能一天一杯 偶爾二杯
想請教一下版友
