最近也想到一個好方法
就是明明不餓純粹食慾作祟 但多吃後又會不開心怎麼辦咧?
就是!
食慾破壞!(這是我自己想的 覺得很聳動)
來嚼個超涼口香糖吧
嚼完後 吃什麼都很沒味道XDDDDD 然後就冷靜下來了
這是最近的發現 來分享一下
