這篇是寫給為了減脂而做有氧運動的人看的,
而不是寫給那些宣稱是為了心肺能力而做有氧的人看的。
先寫我的結論好了,
第一點是 做有氧可能會導致你的身體傾向去儲存脂肪
第二點是 做有氧可能會導致平常狀態時的脂肪使用率降低
會有這些想法是因為我多年來即使不做有氧也可以每天維持六塊腹肌,
而且通常睡醒就會變成八塊腹肌了,
也就是說我睡幾個小時消耗的脂肪比大多數人跑個10K 20K還多,
況且從人類出現幾千幾萬年來,脂肪的存在從來不是為了讓你拿去
參加全馬、半馬、三鐵這些活動用的,也許有氧只是種自作聰明的發現罷了。
先來講第一點,
人體會儲存脂肪的原因除了合成某些東西外,就是作為能量來源,
也就是人類需要脂肪活下去。
一個人開始做有氧之後,在理想情況中因為做了有氧,是有多消耗了些脂肪,
但是如前面說的人體儲存脂肪有他的目的在,
今天你做有氧消脂等於是額外創造了一個需求,你提醒了你的身體:
你需要更多的脂肪去從事某些活動(有氧)
而身體回應你的需求的方式就是:幫你儲存更多的脂肪
第二點是基於身體每天都會使用一定量的脂肪作為能量來源這個假設,
但是當你做有氧用了某些本來不應被消耗的脂肪後,
如同前面說的身體儲存脂肪有他的目的在,
於是身體便減少 非運動狀態下的脂肪使用量,以免失去太多脂肪。
簡單來說就是有氧搶走了應該會在平常時間使用的脂肪,
身體為了不要消耗太多脂肪,便減少平常的使用量,改用其他來源取代。
當然我不覺得有多少人能理解我說的事情,除非你有類似的消脂能力,
今天我只要是一位能從有氧中消點脂肪的人就會對有氧減脂這件事深信不疑了,
問題是當你把運動拿掉後,你的身材能維持多久?
也不要問我會什麼要拿掉運動這種沒意思的問題,
更何況多的是大量運動結果效率很差卻還覺得很正常的人。
