午餐:帶便當,五穀米+青菜+少許肉或香腸
晚餐:水果+仙貝之類餅干

日常作息時間:12點前睡,早上七點半起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
周一到周五散步溜狗一個小時,周日散步3小時左右
我的問題:從去年68→57,現在似乎遇到瓶頸,不僅沒瘦還胖一公斤,
是不是運動的強度要再增強呢?
希望可以瘦到52,但目前都卡卡的...
