最近天氣很詭異(台北)
要不下超大雨,要不就是超大太陽
前幾天有次早上頂著大太陽去跑步
開頭熱身段朝東,陽光超刺眼只好看地面
其實刺眼是還好,我打算去買個運動用太陽眼鏡
我是跑河堤,大概10公里再多一點吧
但那天最後幾百公尺真的有點撐不下去,實在太熱了
(那天中午過後就開始下超大雨= =)
所以開始在考慮要不要買個跑步用的帽子?
可是戴帽子跑步會不會影響頭部散熱?
導致更容易中暑啊= =
台北的冬天太常下雨,能跑的天數不多
夏天太陽又太毒辣,我又不喜歡跑跑步機
(只是個人覺得很像老鼠轉輪+沒河堤的風景可看+健身房要花錢,跑河堤不用錢)
要進入夏天了,很煩惱接下來的跑步問題
跟朋友聊天聊到這個
我朋友居然叫我去戴賣玉蘭花阿桑的全副武裝....
感覺一定會中暑,而且很好笑= =
