體脂 運動 與飲食 - 健身

認真減肥了好幾個月 也掉了幾公斤
三月因為長時間出門 沒有上健身房 還大吃大喝了幾次...
體重就又回來了一兩公斤(泣)
因為已經有個傳統的體重計 半年後即將回國
所以一直不想新買可以量體脂的體重計
前兩個禮拜終於下定決心 買了個新的
所以我總算知道自己的體脂...
以上是廢話..
我是想問
如果都有穩定運動 運動量也夠
這兩個禮拜多 體重和體脂都沒有什麼變化
那是不是可以直接解讀我吃太多了?!
另外 如果吃到基代 又有運動
體重一個月少兩三公斤算正常
那體脂在一個月大概可以降多少?
