朋友說想跟我一起去蔬菜店健身
不過他有跟我提到他本身有扁平足的問題,擔心自己可能不適合做重訓
扁平足似乎是有分先天和後天的,我朋友有當兵,他應該屬於後天的扁平足
改善方式首要當然還是先去看醫生,再來是要針對自己的症狀做復健
買一雙適合的運動鞋、用彈力帶矯正,或是做一些矯正姿勢足部運動,像是抬起伸展腳趾
刺激腳掌周圍肌肉、腳踝活動足底筋膜、踮踮腳尖強化後脛骨肌腱等等
不過,我實在是很擔心他要怎麼做深蹲才不會往後倒?
感覺很吃力耶...還是為了避免受傷,建議他不要做這一類的重訓呢?
