手力遲遲進不了下一階段 - 健身

本人只買啞鈴在家裡練 以及兩三天一次在公園拉單槓
168/70~72kg徘徊 60磅啞鈴可單手彎舉標準姿勢極限6下(只右手可)
單槓正手過頸姿勢標準最多23下 不過單手只能拉一下
這狀態大概從一年前就這樣 沒什進步
目前想變強的項目是單手單槓能有所突破拉2下以上
雙手拉再多也只是練肌耐力罷,
以及能讓身體橫向垂直 抓住竿子作升旗動作
(因為聽說腕力很強的秒殺王高中同學多年前就可以辦到升旗動作,想超越他)
去年有爬過文說單手拉單槓要負重拉
之前有背背包放10kg的啞鈴拉單槓,不過都拉沒幾次背帶就斷
或是背包底承受不住重量上下晃動破洞
想請教一下有沒有比較耐重的背包,或有什麼比較好的方法負重練單槓?
另外想問一下台北有沒有什麼版聚可以找板友切磋一下腕力
單純很愛找人比試腕力..
