手套、護腕、拉力帶的差異 - 健身

我最近入門重訓三週,開始發現有一點小繭,聽說戴手套會比較好,但還是會長
問了教練他說運動用的手套都行,就先拿以前騎腳踏車用的頂著
想買一雙好一點的手套,但是不知從何選起,也爬文但是沒看到比較的詳細說明
健身房自己就賣好多種主要是Harbinger品牌的,看得眼花,
光手套就好幾款,護腕也好幾款,還有手套連著護腕,也有拉力帶
同類型的就有 1000~16xx 不等的價格,
另外也看到網友說這個牌子洗下去會退色嚴重,有人推薦3M和V什麼的牌子
老實說我也看不懂這幾種在預防受傷和減緩長繭效果的差別
想請問一下各位在使用上的經驗與差異,希望可以幫助我選擇
