手腕受了一個很麻煩的傷,基本上要傷兵兩個月最好都不要出力
請問這樣的情況下,除了深蹲架跟一些固定式器材練下半身以外,有辦法進行上半身相關的鍛鍊嗎?
順便一提,如果台北有好的物治,也懇請推薦,希望一次1000左右的,2000的感覺實在有點貴
