是這樣的 減肥半年以上了有固定在運動但是都沒在算熱量
結果長了很多肌肉跟一些肥肉(肥1:肌2.5)
在想是不是吃超過+運動所以長肌又變胖
因為算一算之前的吃法才發現不得了...
早餐控制在400卡+午.晚餐幾乎都快一個完整便當(一餐700卡跑不掉..兩餐1400)
加起來至少.......1800
先前自以為自己吃的很正常 殊不知我的基代只有 1218 啊啊啊...
要減肥頂多吃到1400-1500左右...最近嚴格控管在這個區間
可是跟家人泡茶聊天時會手賤翻零食來吃.....(因為是家人買的無法消滅他們)
有糖的東西跟飲料我是幾乎不喝的
可是零食實在太容易取得 想請問大家有解嗎?
切芭樂會比較好嗎?是說就算換成是芭樂我也會吃不停 怎麼控制熱量orz
還是有其他可以讓我啃很久不容易爆熱量的東西
(請不要推寵物用牛皮骨謝謝)

是說真的正常吃..有時候女生也蠻容易爆量的說@@?
