因為實驗室好幾個同學都會打桌球
最近在運動方面,會在晚上打個1.5小時的桌球,每週2~3次
不過我們的程度頂多到可以把球互打回去,偶爾殺個幾球,打完是整身大汗,略喘
可是感覺心跳數好像沒有跳到130,不知道這樣運動強度夠不夠?
