BMI:26.8
體脂率:22.5% 基代大約是 1680~1800kcal

三餐內容
早早餐:大約 0500~0530,通常是一杯(200~250cc)米漿、鮮奶 or 豆漿
or 有時閒一點會弄點烤餅、蛋餅之類的
我自己估大約是 150kcal
早 餐:大約早上 0630~0700,通常是 80g 米煮成的飯,配一些燉菜燉肉
or 早餐店飯糰+三明治 or 饅頭+三明治
我自己估大約是 400kcal
早午餐:大約 1030~1100,泡一碗牛奶,大約 40g 奶粉
我自己估大約是 180kcal
午 餐:中午 1250~1330,自助餐,四配菜一主菜(通常是炸排骨...haha),
飯大概 80~120g 然後配 4~5 碗湯
我自己估大約是 600~800kcal
下午茶:大約 1600~1700,泡一碗牛奶,大約 40g 奶粉
or 餅乾(營養口糧之類的)
我自己估大約是 180kcal
晚 餐:大約 1900~1930,通常是 50g 大燕麥片+紫菜湯+肉鬆
or 麵店吃湯麵
我自己估大約是 200kcal(麥片)/ 400kcal(麵)
其 他:1.午餐和晚餐的部份,我是傾向相信每隔兩三天要有一天吃特別多熱量
2.偶而一個月一兩次大餐(通常是喜酒或聚餐,到了三十歲炸彈特別多)
3.體重體脂都是在康是美量的,有時會口渴先喝過水或是不一樣穿著,
所以誤差可能會比較多一點
自己在家量的體重則是每週一晚上固定時間穿著
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
大約 0500~0510 起床,0900~2000 上班,2230 回到家,然後洗澡睡覺
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請務必寫明心跳數、時間長短)
早上吃完早早餐後去慢跑(一週 2~3 次),30 分鐘跑大概 3000 公尺,真的很慢 XD
沒下雨的話,吃完早餐後騎腳踏車上班,單趟里程大約 15km,50~60 分鐘
通常一個月累積大概有 900~1100km
早上怎麼上班晚上就怎麼回家

這個體重和體脂率跟一年前差不多,曾經中間有一度量到過 76kg/21.6%
前年三月從 115kg/40% 開始減肥到去年三月 86kg/26% 後,下降速度開始變得很
緩慢,然後到八月多開始就卡關了,本來是很樂觀想說只是短暫的瓶頸期,很快就
可以達到理想的 65~72kg,可是隨著時間越拖越久......就會開始東想西想,但是
這次就想不出問題在哪了 :(
熱量也都有超過基代,運動量也是每天都有,早午餐也每天換菜色儘量均衡....
可是就是卡關卡到很火大
