昨天和今天下午本來因為三個月運動和飲食控制都沒效果很低潮
想要放棄健康的運動減肥法
可是又看到版友熱心的給我很多建議
如果放棄就太對不起大家了
所以就想說再試一次看看!!!!
然後7點就出發去學校操場跑步
目標是6000公尺!
從第八道開始跑.每跑一圈就換一道.
外圈跑到內圈再跑回外圈
8->7->6->5->4->3->2->1->2->3->4->5->6->7->8
這樣就不用一直記圈數.跑起來比較沒有壓力XD
學校操場一圈是400公尺.跑完差不多6000公尺
跑完之後.視線模糊.背部肌肉酸痛.全身發熱
明顯感覺到心跳快速.
原來要動這麼多才有運動的感覺
身體好累.可是心情變好了:D
