抬腿打開成大V - 美體

最近在把腳掛在牆壁上抬腿,
沒有到很垂直但是盡量屁股貼牆。
我都會把腳打開成大V讓大腿內側拉筋
但不曉得為什麼
每次都是右腳感覺比較出力左腳很輕鬆,
右腳膝蓋和大腿連接處久了會很痠到有點痛,
這樣是不對的吧QQ?
腳放下來彎起來的時候才會感到舒服一點~
想請問大家有在睡前這樣抬嗎??
這樣拉筋好舒服
跑完步按完腿之後睡前在抬一下
隔天腳不那麼硬梆梆XDDDD
