一直以來都有聽過兩派說法
有人認為用拉力帶做背的各種動作會讓前臂成長比較緩慢
應該讓前臂去適應你做的重量 最後幾組沒力再上拉力帶
另一派人是全程練背都使用拉力帶 畢竟主要目的是練背而不是前臂
不然背部大肌群還沒疲勞還要等小肌群跟上才能練到背
真要練前臂再額外拉出來練
小弟目前主要是都用第二種
平常在萵苣練背會先用單槓 啞鈴划船 再接幾種不同機械式器材做大重量
前臂是放在肩二三頭日才練 但成長幅度確實比較低
是因為我的身體不適合用第二種的方法嗎?
應該用第一種讓前臂更多參與才能成長嗎?
