各位鄉民大家好,
假設今天有一場測驗
比賽沒有限定時間
只要求手打直,下巴過單槓
想請問如果"只追求次數"的話 拉單槓(引體向上) 應該要怎麼拉 才會最多下呢?
完全不控制離心的話 次數會不會多個一兩下呢?
還有向心的速度 應該怎麼做 才會拉比較多下呢?
是全力往上拉 會比較多?
又或者是正常拉?? 也許會因為力量消耗的沒有那麼快? 所以反而比較多下呢?
