拉單槓3下要練哪些肌群? - 減肥

因為台電考試需要拉3下單槓(離考試約4個月時間)。
之前兩個月 幾乎還在減肥控制飲食+自己買20公斤的啞鈴組練一些基本的動作+騎室內腳
踏車30分鐘(大約每天花1小時 其他時間看書)。
花了兩個月
身高 173公分
體重從100公斤減到87公斤
體脂31%減到28%
估計目前剩下4個月
體重大概可以再減個8到10公斤
現在的問題是拉單槓時
手不夠有力只能拉到額頭 之後就越拉越低
因為考試沒有規定正手反手
請問拉單槓 主要要練那些部分的肌肉
