我已經放棄減肥了~"~
反正也不是真的很肥
只是不紙片而已=3=

以前練田徑
大腿很粗壯=ˇ="
不過小腿很細
看起來頗不協調的~"~
只是想問問
如果我每天都拉大腿的筋
腿會因為伸展漸漸不粗壯嗎??
或是有其他什麼方法改善??
