拚腕力 健身教練斷上臂
我昨天看到報紙的新聞
我注意看一下
是上臂,上臂不是比較短嗎?
這樣也可以斷掉
我看網路資料說,吃太多蛋白質,會影響「鈣」的吸收
但也看到說,做負重的運動,鍛鍊肌肉,可以增加骨質密度
到底為何會斷掉
練肌肉,有辦法練大
但是...骨頭沒辦法練大吧
肌肉大,力量就大,但骨頭還是這樣
是這樣斷的嗎?
練身教練一般來說都很壯,不是嗎?
怎麼這樣
我PO這文章,並不是要來diss你們的
只是來跟大家分享...有這樣的事情發生
不要為了面子、逞強、不認輸
而把手臂弄斷了...多划不來
我自己是瘦子,也沒在健身
頂多做一下仰臥起坐,走路而以,我很喜歡走路
但我..看到這新聞,也不敢比腕力了
如果..你認為他只是個案而以
那就繼續比腕力吧
