持續運動後 膝窩附近還是有橘皮Orz - 美體

想請問一下大家
我目前已經持續運動快一年
飲食熱量也都有注意
到現在整個人還瘦蠻多的
但偏偏就是膝窩的地方還是可以看到皺皺的橘皮Orz
我知道有氧運動可以瘦全身
但如果想更快速解決特定的局部問題
會建議多加個按摩輔助嗎?或是有什麼其他的建議呢?
