小妹嬸今年43歲
去年4月開始減肥,大約去年11月體重已達48KG
這半年持續慢跑雖然體重上升至50KG,但體態卻比48KG時看來更結實。
心態跟習慣的改變,才能持續維持健康的身體

有板友推文跟來信問我減重的方法跟過程,所以我就在板上一次回覆好了
我一開始是健走,走路上下班,一趟約花50~60分鐘,上下班加起來大約9公里
這個時期體重體脂都很穩定的往下掉,但是就有點肉鬆
去年11月開始慢跑,4月買了一台公路車,就騎車跑步交替。
現在天氣太熱沒辦法騎車,就以跑步為主,
每週固定2~4次,每次5~8k,時間40min到80min,看當天身體的狀況。
我沒有重訓,只有在家拉單槓跟做置底文裡的一些簡單阻力運動。
飲食就三餐宵夜肚子餓了就照常吃,這把年紀了算卡路里對我來說很痛苦...
只是我不愛吃甜食也沒有吃零嘴的習慣,手搖飲料也很少喝。
沒了...
...好單調好不勵志啊(遮臉)
我想說的就是,找一個喜歡的運動持續下去就會瘦了,不喜歡跑步就去騎車,
不喜歡騎車可以游泳,重點是喜歡上運動,然後持之以恆的運動。
還有置底的文章真的要好好認真的看完,幫助非常大,正確的觀念比什麼都重要,
也可以在你失去信心時,給你很好的支撐。
