減肥時間一年半
身高168CM 最胖的時候 85KG 目前70KG 目標65-68KG
凡事起頭難,但同樣的事情重複做26天 就會變成一種習慣。
感謝一開始減肥的時候Fintess板給我了很多基代和食物熱量的觀念。
配合運動-慢跑, 從85KG消風到70KG
原本初衷是減肥,現在則是享受在運動帶給我的樂趣及健康。
也因為運動,才開始了解身體"需要"的是甚麼,而不是慾望"想要"的吃甚麼。
