話不多說 我是從2011年7月開始減肥的

我的右腿前十字韌帶跟半月板都動過手術 還兩次
所以我不太能跑步 減肥就是靠控制飲食 跟重訓 自行車
目前是 163cm/65kg/16% 沒有復胖 也持續運動的習慣
減肥不只是減下來而已 還包括了生活態度跟習慣的改變
不然也是胖回去而已 不要求速效 慢慢減 按部就班
不見得就真的比較慢
