12/26號去捐血500C.C.
12/27休息沒有去慢跑
12/28剛剛去跑了一下,平常速度約10KM/HR,跑約半小時,心跳約130~140次/分
今天只跑了15分鐘,右下腹就很痛,午餐12點多吃的中間沒有再進食,心跳應該有破150
呼吸也喘到不行,平常可以不在乎呼吸,今天一直兩吸兩吐,之前氣溫15度
跑起來也沒這麼喘,今天氣溫17度卻累到快死掉,所以今天運動量就減半嚕XD
