最近因為工作緣故 一周只能二練
小弟打算是 腿一天 推拉一天
腿那天就深蹲硬舉
推拉就胸背肩
請問胸背同一天練的話
大家會建議怎麼練?
1.先練推再練拉
2.先練拉在練推
3.比較弱的部位先練
4.混著練,先練自由重量(划船 握推 引體向上 肩推) 最後再補機械式
還是有其他建議呢 謝謝各位
