說如果要提升基礎代謝 就是要增加點肌肉
(真的!我體脂超高~今天量有32.4% )
我是想問~我的基礎代謝只有1182 身高160 體重5*(不輕)
我想提高基礎代謝~ 我除了每天騎x-bike20公里
還能做怎麼樣的"重訓"?
原PO是女生~ 所以不知道要怎麼樣的重訓比較適合
