各位大大好,
我是27歲女生,體重48KG,體脂27.8%
想要做提升基礎代謝降低體脂的減肥
在8月加入WG之後上教練課一周2次左右
上課內容較多核心或是肌耐力的訓練
沒上課的時候一周會上1~2次有氧課程
然後在9月時體脂有降2%,然後到現在都一直停滯== 基代也沒有上升
開始有點緊張了呢!!
關於肌力、肌耐力、有氧減脂等等的知識都已爬過文
也看到初學者先練肌耐力比較不容易受傷,習慣動作如何進行等等
想問以我現在的程度,是否可以開始自己練肌力訓練了呢?(因為教練課快要結束了)
如果可以練肌力的話,他和肌耐力之間的訓練頻率怎樣比較好呢?
