睡眠會影響減脂跟新陳代謝,請問如果提早上床(例如10:30左右),但是卻翻來覆去睡
不著,難以入眠,請問這樣對減脂還有幫助嗎
因為我一直以來都入睡困難,要不然就是淺眠多夢,我的運動量應該足夠,吃的也健康,
就是睡眠障礙始終無法克服
