2年前體重曾破百體脂ˊ60
當時學游泳教練說體脂高比較會有浮力比較好學
另一個朋友超級瘦子都學不好她都說很難浮
當時身為胖子
浮力超好不管自由式蛙式蝶式仰式
都學得很好
還可在水中向魚一樣游少見魚式
2年後今天已有1年沒游
竟然沒辦法像以前浮起來
不管什麼式都一直沉下去
自由式整個人沉下去
沒辦法換氣
教練當年說體脂很高比較浮式真的嗎?
