最近開始練跑
斷斷續續約莫跑了12次
每次跑步前有熱身(拉筋、極慢速兩圈)
有給自己設定目標
平日屬於夜貓型
相當晚睡
所以跑步時頭會暈
最近幾次跑步
發現身體好重
跑不太起來
一跑快,腹部就開始疼痛
有時則是很誇張的大口與急促呼吸
看周圍跑比我快的人也沒有我這麼誇張的呼吸...
請問板上各位大大幾個問題
1.以上身體發生的情況原因是:
是熱身不夠?
身體還沒適應?
體力太差?
至少還要練一個月?
2.有什麼方法可以跨大步一點?
發現每次跨大步跑就很累
兩百M的操場跑到第三圈腳就開始痠了orz
3.如何跑快一點?
嘗試過惦腳尖跑,但是效果好像不佳

為什麼要跑很快?
因為要準備考試第二試
體測規定 800m 4分半內跑完
相信對很多人來說是小菜一碟(或許慢速就輕鬆過關?)
但是對長坐辦公室的我來說
根本是如登蜀道一般
總結來說 應該是小女子太久沒運動
肌耐力不佳、心肺功能不佳
導致跑沒多久就氣喘如牛
我會爬文找增強肌耐力的文章的
(感謝大家一針見血的指出問題還寄信給我T^T)
還有可否請各位大大推薦好跑的鞋
現有的鞋是PUMA
但總覺得抓地力不夠
每次跑步都弓腳內縮跑(不知道是否有人理解我在說啥?)
