31歲女生,體脂肪26%,體重69,目標減脂。
想請教一下~我早餐跟中餐,都有澱粉蔬菜蛋白質盡量平均攝取~傍晚會喝杯無糖拿鐵+
吃點水果去運動~通常是一小時重訓+一小時有氧,會全身濕透這樣。
然後這幾天從健身房出來回家路上,就會忍不住買路邊清粥小菜的菜回家吃~通常會夾三
樣青菜,一塊煎蛋,跟一份肉(三隻雞小腿)這樣,不吃飯。
吃的時候八點多有時九點,這樣是否太誇張了?我得回到香蕉+茶葉蛋+無糖豆漿的組合呢
?(之前都這樣吃,但有莫名淒涼感......)
