大家好,在這個板一直受益良多
扣掉之前斷斷續續運動不算
真的開始飲食控制+規律一週三次運動
(重訓一小時-有氧20-30分鐘)
目前四個月了
常常上來吸收新知
真的好想吶喊:女生的肌肉好難練啊啊啊
請各位還在觀望重訓並且害怕長肌肉的女生
真的不要擔心 就做吧
女生真的難練啊啊....
目前啞鈴舉6kg-
大腿推臥(X)大腿推舉(O)120kg-
(其他器材叫不出名字)
還是進展很慢
另外......很討厭有氧該怎麼辦
我有一直強迫自己做有氧
但最多還是只能做到30分鐘就覺得好痛苦
想請問各位前輩如何克服的........
不有氧體重真的好難下降.....(我現在還是卡在53kg)
希望大家鞭小力點XD
