小妹持續運動已經一年多了,從一開始單純慢跑到板上爬文開始重訓 fitness板真是惠我
良多。
也因為體力越來越好而迷上了滑雪、潛水、長板等運動,但好像都沒有變瘦就又是另一個
故事惹...
最近我又開始重拾瑜珈,也因為重訓練起來的肌力,做瑜珈更輕鬆也更有成就感了。
但苦命上班族的下班時間是有限的,去瑜珈就沒有時間做其他有氧或者重訓,總覺得好像
運動量不太夠?
我做的瑜珈通常是Hatha或者power yoga,
每次做完都滿頭大汗,甚至隔天肌肉痠痛比重訓半小時還明顯
(我知道不能用痠痛量來衡量 但感覺好像比較有運動到...)
現在整個星期的運動課表看起來是這樣子的:
‧星期一:滑板或1小時瑜珈
‧星期二:瑜珈2小時(通常會是一堂hatha搭配一堂放鬆的伸展)
‧星期三:踏步機30 mins/ 重訓30 mins(腿+胸或是腿+背擇一)
‧星期四:休息日或瑜珈1小時
‧星期五:休息日
‧星期六:踏步機30 mins/ 重訓30 mins(腿+胸或是腿+背擇一)
‧星期天:休息日或瑜珈1小時
現在運動的主要目的是想增加玩各種運動的體能,以及讓體態更fit
(我還是有很無聊的腹肌跟手臂線條迷思,變瘦反而好像是其次...)不知道各位大大覺
得我是否該繼續把時間都花在瑜珈,還是應該增加有氧或者重訓的時間呢?
